Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Rakamio account and the personal data associated with it by using one of the methods below.

Delete from within the application

1. Sign in to the Rakamio application.
2. Open the Profile Information section.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Complete the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the application

You can send your account and data deletion request to our support email. Include the following information:

• Your Rakamio username
• The email address linked to your account
• A statement requesting deletion of your Rakamio account and associated data

What deletion covers

Data associated with the account, such as account identifier, profile, score, game progress, friendships and application settings, is deleted. Records required for legal obligations, security or completed financial transactions may be retained for the mandatory retention period.
